Overview

Institutional Code of Conduct and Ethics

Bishop Chulaparambil Memorial College upholds a strong tradition of academic integrity, discipline, and ethical conduct among all members of its community. The Code of Conduct and Ethics serves as a guiding framework that outlines the expected standards of behaviour for students, faculty, administrators, and non-teaching staff. It reflects the institution’s commitment to maintaining a respectful, responsible, and value-based academic environment.

The policy emphasizes principles such as mutual respect, professionalism, accountability, and adherence to institutional rules and regulations. By following these guidelines, members of the college community contribute to a culture of integrity, cooperation, and academic excellence.

The Code of Conduct also ensures that all individuals associated with the institution act in accordance with established policies and uphold the reputation and values of the college both within and beyond the campus.

Through awareness programmes, institutional policies, and monitoring mechanisms, the college promotes ethical practices and responsible citizenship, enabling students and staff to develop not only academically but also morally and socially.
