BCM College offers a wide range of programmes across Arts, Science, Commerce, and Social Work, supported by experienced faculty, modern learning facilities, and a vibrant academic culture. The institution promotes holistic development through academic excellence, research initiatives, value-based education, and active student engagement.
With a rich legacy spanning nearly seven decades, BCM College continues to uphold its founding mission of empowering women through quality education. Its alumni, spread across the globe, stand as proud ambassadors of the institution's commitment to knowledge, leadership, and service.
The emblem of BCM College represents the history, values, and vision behind the establishment of the institution.

The crown at the top signifies the reward of a life lived in truth, faith, and righteousness.
The burning furnace symbolizes the trials and purification through which individuals grow stronger, while also recalling the "chula" (furnace) associated with the name Chulaparambil, in whose memory the college was established.
The anchor represents the firmness and steadfastness of wisdom that the college seeks to instill in its students.
The ship at the lower left recalls the historic journey of the Syrian Jewish Christians under the leadership of Knai Thoma in AD 345, whose descendants—the Knanaya Catholic community—founded and manages the college.
The landscape with coconut trees reflects the beauty of Kerala, the land where this community settled, inspiring a sense of belonging and patriotic spirit among students. The rising dawn signifies hope and the promise of a new era.
These symbols also carry deeper spiritual meaning: the ship and anchor represent the Church, the radiant light symbolizes Christ—the eternal light—and the crown signifies the ultimate reward awaiting those who walk in faith and wisdom.
“O God, without whom we can do nothing, bless us with thy aid, so that we may gain wisdom and grace through our studies, this day and always. Amen.”
